Shipping

We aim to dispatch all orders received by 2pm the same day Monday to Friday, subject to items being in stock. We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order on this site. Goods will be dispatched via the Royal Mail, we are not responsible for any delay in delivery caused by the unavailability of someone to take delivery of the products. It is your responsibility to contact the Courier Company to arrange the collection or delivery of products that could not be delivered because you were unavailable.

You have the right to cancel your order without having to give a reason at any time before your goods are dispatched or within 14 days after delivery, this period beginning on the day after you receive your order. If you are canceling because of any problem with the goods, please notify us of the problem at the time of cancellation. You must send the goods back to us at our main trading address, found on your invoice, at your own cost within 14 days after the day of cancellation. If the goods are not received in their original packaging and appear to have been tampered with no refund will be granted.

We reserve the right to cancel your order if, for example: we have insufficient stock of the product; we do not deliver to your area; or one or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price. If we do cancel your order we will notify you by email and will refund to your payment method as soon as possible.

Following on from thorough investigations surrounding the medical history of the family of the Founder, he found that CBD oil had properties which could enhance his body and promote a healthier way of living.
