1. Superior Farming
Every story has a beginning, and ours begins in a sun-lit pasture populated by cannabis plants in North-West Spain. It is here that out hand-picked cannabidiol-rich strains of cannabis plants sprout from soft compost and stretch eagerly towards the sky. It is in these fields that state-of-the art farming machinery cultivates our plants ready for processing into our signature oil. Safe, regulated and unsurpassed in potency and consistency.
2. Raw Plant Processing
Our cultivated plant material is then carefully transported to a temperature-controlled warehouse on the farm to dry thoroughly before being milled into a coarse of mixed dried cannabis; adhering to the highest industry standards. Next we move to our processing and manufacturing facility for the supercritical CO2 extraction.
3. Extraction
Supercritical CO2 extraction forms the basis of our extraction and purification, the most effective extraction method. Our methodology ensures maximum preservation of the plant’s beneficial phytocannabinoids and terpenes. We use superior extraction and distillation methods which produce our signature silky, golden oils. We encase these premium oils in miron Violettglas bottles for enhanced UV protection to preserve the oil’s quality.
4. Third-party Lab Testing
Once our oil has been crafted, we test it thoroughly for quality and potency to ensure that all of the cannabinoids, terpenes, and phytonutrients are consistent and pure. Each batch is tested multiple times for E. Coli, yeast, mold, heavy metals, and over 60 different pesticides. All testing is completed by a third-party laboratory, with the results for each batch available on the relevant product pages.
In the manufacturing of our Pure CBD Health products, we adhere to a strict set of internal standards ensuring that our products all exceed 99% purity and contain no binders, fillers, excipients, dyes, or unknown substances. If any products don’t meet these requirements they are simply not released.
