How To Take CBD Oil
Our CBD oils either include a pipette or a sprayhead, but both are taken the same way: sublingually. Put into simple terms, sublingual just means under the tongue. The number of blood vessels there makes it a far more efficient way for CBD to soak into your bloodstream than going through your digestive system.
So, how do you do it? Either spray or drop your CBD oil beneath your tongue (we now recommend taking 70mg a day) and let the oil sit there for a minimum of 90 seconds. You should find that all of the CBD has soaked away, though any excess can be swilled around your mouth till it’s gone. Simple!
