Prices

We will (at our discretion) either cancel your order and refund the price you have paid or use reasonable endeavours to contact you and ask you whether you wish to continue with the order at the correct price. If we are unable to contact you or you do not wish to continue with the order at the correct price, we will cancel your order and refund the price you have paid. However, where the correct price of the goods is less than our stated price, we may (at our discretion) continue with your order and charge the lower amount on dispatch.

Payment

We must receive payment in advance before your order can be processed and the goods can be dispatched. Payment for goods can be made by one of the following payment methods: Apple Pay, PayPal, Credit or Debit Card. Your credit or debit card will be charged following the submission of your order.

Availability and Delivery

Information displayed on this site relating to availability is subject to change by us without notice. We cannot guarantee permanent or continuous availability of all products on this site. All orders are subject to availability at all times.

Shipping

We aim to dispatch all orders received by 2pm the same day Monday to Friday, subject to items being in stock. We offer tracked next day delivery to orders within the UK. We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order on this site. We are not responsible for any delay in delivery caused by the unavailability of someone to take delivery of the products. It is your responsibility to contact the Post Office or Courier Company as applicable to arrange the collection or delivery of products that could not be delivered because you were unavailable.

International shipping

All products on our website are 100% legal in the United Kingdom & most of the EU but we cannot provide any information on the legal status of the product outside of the United Kingdom. We do offer international shipping at a cost of £9 per bottle of our oil but the customer accepts the responsibility to inform themselves about their local laws, import, and custom regulations before ordering and they certify that the import to their country of the products ordered is legal. By placing an order from Pure CBD Health Ltd they accept all responsibilities regarding the legality of the products that will be shipped to them.

Cancellation policy

You have the right to cancel your order without having to give a reason at any time before your goods are dispatched or within 14 days after delivery, this period beginning on the day after you receive your order. If you are cancelling because of any problem with the goods, please notify us of the problem at the time of cancellation. You must send the goods back to us at our main trading address, found on your invoice, at your own cost within 14 days after the day of cancellation. Please note, if the products have been opened and the seal broken, due to health and hygiene reasons, we would not be able to offer a refund. Products MUST be returned in their original packaging for us to be able to offer a refund.

We reserve the right to cancel your order if, for example: we have insufficient stock of the product; we do not deliver to your area; or one or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price. If we do cancel your order we will notify you by email and will refund to your credit card, debit card or PayPal account as soon as possible.

Refund policy

Our company has a 14 day refund policy, if you are not happy, please return the unopened product at your own cost for a full refund. If the seal of the product has been broken and the product is not returned in its original packaging no refund will be granted.

What to do if your product is damaged on delivery?

Please check your products carefully on arrival to ensure they have not been damaged during shipping. If you suspect the product might be damaged please contact us within 24 hours of taking receipt of the product.
