Availability and Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders received by 2pm the same day Monday to Friday, subject to items being in stock. We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order on this site. We are not responsible for any delay in delivery caused by the unavailability of someone to take delivery of the products. It is your responsibility to contact the Post Office or Courier Company as applicable to arrange the collection or delivery of products that could not be delivered because you were unavailable.
All products on our website are 100% legal in the United Kingdom & most of the EU but we cannot provide any information on the legal status of the product outside of the United Kingdom. The customer accepts the responsibility to inform themselves about their local laws, import and custom regulations before ordering and they certify that the import to their country of the products ordered is legal. By placing an order from Pure CBD Health Ltd they accept all responsibilities regarding the legality of the products that will be shipped to them.
You have the right to cancel your order without having to give a reason at any time before your goods are dispatched or within 14 days after delivery, this period beginning on the day after you receive your order. If you are cancelling because of any problem with the goods, please notify us of the problem at the time of cancellation. You must send the goods back to us at our main trading address, found on your invoice, at your own cost within 14 days after the day of cancellation.

We reserve the right to cancel your order if, for example: we have insufficient stock of the product; we do not deliver to your area; or one or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price. If we do cancel your order we will notify you by email and will refund to your credit card, debit card or PayPal account as soon as possible.
Our company has a 14 day refund policy, if you are not happy, please return the unopened product at your own cost for a full refund. If the product returned is not in its original packaging no refund will be granted.

Please check your products carefully on arrival to ensure they have not been damaged during shipping. If you suspect the product might be damaged please contact us within 24 hours of taking receipt of the product.
